Today I am bringing another delightful topic for my readers. I will present my views about team dynamics and zodiac signs.
In any team, be it sport, work, defense, or anywhere, we always like diversity. We would like to have a team that has a different skill set, and all high performing individuals can together form a winning team. For example, in cricket, we want the best openers with left-right combinations, in the middle order, we want players who can play both pace and spin well, then we want to have pinch hitters, variety spinners and pacers. Let's try to understand how people of different zodiac signs would form a great team.
Let's start with Aries. Aries people are very energetic, dynamic, and full of energy. They will be the ones who will lead from the front in any given situation. Then comes the Taurus. Taurus is like a bull, again full of energy, but wants to work towards a focused objective. In teams where there are no clear goals, they would be the first ones to get frustrated. Gemini people are probably the most intelligent ones. They will form the core of a think tank of any team. They would be great at analysis, and their thought process will be very intellectual. But a great team would not complete without Cancer people. They will be the ones who will nurture the needs of everyone, be in emotional or intellectual need. They will bring the emotional quotient and empathy among team members.
Then comes Leo, the king of the zodiac. Leo people would be the natural leaders in the pack. Like Arians, they are full of energy, and they would like to lead. The only problem might happen that sometimes their thoughts and idea might become pushy, and they might have full of ego. To counter this, there is a need for Virgo people in the team. Virgo people will make Leo and others realize to be practical and start thinking about the group than individuals. To be ready with every possible scenario, they analyze each and everything. But sometimes this over-analysis brings the overall team's objective down. Hence Libra is probably perfectly placed in the zodiac bringing the required balance. Libra people are probably perfect in one-o-one relationships. They will bring the required interconnectedness in the team. They would be ones that will get the team moving towards a common goal. The scorpions would probably be the real change agents in the team. They would be the ones who will work towards real transformation as they are the transformation agent.
The real aim of any group or team to achieve a common goal that serves a larger purpose for society as a whole. Sagittarians will bring a larger context to the overall team's vision. They will make sure that the team follows the rule and norms laid by society. They would be the ones who will make the team to play by the rules. But their principles or societal order would be more abstract. Then comes the Capricorn, probably the most practical people. Capricorn people in a team will be the real workers, who understand the overall societal context, they will play by the rules and will know how the detail out things. They would be the ones who will make the group objectives more real and practical. Probably they would be the ones who will advocate making the MVP's ( minimum viable product) first, rather than building castles in the air. Aquarian would like to take the group control, not merely for personal ego, but group ego. They take the most pride in attaining the group's goal. Just like Leo, they are also natural leaders, but their leadership is inclusive for society, and their primary focus is to meet the group's goal. Finally comes the Pisces people, who tend to complete the group as they understand that it's not only success which takes a journey forward but also failures. They would be the first ones to console when the chips are down. They make the team realize that journey is as important as the destination. They make the group to extract the learning from success and failure so that the overall team can evolve and do much better next time.
I hope you enjoy this article and also understand how different kinds of people can form a full-fledged team.
