Have you ever imagined why if we smile in front of a child, it smiles back? Why animal and even plants understand the language of love?
Gratitude meditation is single most important thing, which can change our life if done with full devotion and without any expectation!!
And the good news is , its very very simple.....
Everyday just after waking up and before finally sleeping, just spend 1 minute thanking people, things, acts etc which you think has impacted you.
The universe wants us to express gratitude in all possible manner and Gratitude Meditation of 2 minutes a day will work wonders than 2 minutes Maggie Noodles :)
