Many times in our lives we may face a lot of changes, some expected, some unexpected; some sudden; some pleasant, some bad. These make us feel anxious, fearful, sad, angry at one side and happy, cheerful, excited, and grateful at others, making our emotions swing like a pendulum.
Biologically these different emotions bring out a lot of hormones depending on the situation and also body muscle movement and nervous system movements. We can feel these through our body language and facial expression. Especially during the unexpected and unpleasant events, we start imagining the immediate possible future threat. One case in point which comes to my mind is that during this lock-down period how people engaged in panic buying. As scientists define it, it happens because our body tries to create a mental image to match our internal feeling.
If we try to understand this from an astrology point of view, this might happen because of many planets associating with the event. Taking care of self and surrounding is the best possible remedy other than doing Yoga, breathing exercises, engaging in sports or other recreational activities which give calmness to mind and engages us somewhere else.
Other than this, mainly there are following some best practices which we can follow
Let your body and mind go through the five-stage grief cycle of denial, anger, bargain, depression, and acceptance as define by Kubler Ross. Acceptance is the key; the sooner, the better.
Seek and accept help. As many management and spiritual guru say, you don't need to walk all alone. Embrace help as the universe might give you help in some form.
Every change or transformation is an opportunity. Sometimes looking at the bigger picture might help, though it's easier said than done.
Give yourselves time. Sometimes with time, things change. Also astrologically we can understand that with time, transits change and which can again start influencing you positively.
